An unsavory psychiatrist has been helping a troubled teenager with her nightmares, which only become more intense as she continues therapy.

As it turns out, the doc has been spiking her tea with a potent medicine that puts her in an intense theta sleep state while he molests her. Her dreams then become the culmination of her own fears and what he is doing to her in reality.

We open with a typical session, with poor Summer waking up from her nightmare, the doctor comfortably sitting, taking notes. She does not have a clue what happened to her while she slept.

The next week she arrives with a friend. The medicine he prescribed has her so zoned, she was afraid to drive. The doc is surprised by her unexpected teenage friend and quickly shuttles her off to another room to wait.

The process begins. As Summer dreams, the molestation starts. But this day, he would go farther then ever before. With her legs spread, he slips inside her for the first time.

Suddenly, he is interrupted by Keeley, Summers friend. The doctor quickly attacks her, punching her several time, then wraps a cord around her neck. As he strangles the girl, she fight hard, her legs kicking, her tongue sticking out, arms flying, hitting him.

Be she is no match for his strength. After a long struggle, she slows and finally is dead. He admires the teenagers body. He strips of her clothes and shoes, playing with her feet. Then he sucks on her breasts and finally starts fucking her. When he is almost finished, Summer wakes up.

He is fast on her, grabbing her neck with his huge hands and throttling her. The fight on the couch, as she shifts her from one end to the other. Then, he wraps her jeans around her neck. He pulls hard, and she bucks and kicks. Her mouth is wide, tongue out, searching for air. Her eyes are bugged out as her lungs convulse and her body heaves the thrusts. Her hips buck, her hands claw. She struggles long and hard and when she finally slows down, her body quivers all over.

Once dead, he finally get to fuck her and when he is done he tosses her carelessly to the side like trash.

Later, with both of them posed together on the couch, he starts taking notes. He is sure both will need plenty of therapy.
